White Glove recommends conducting a Particle Analysis for indoor allergens:

  • When purchasing a home

  • General level of concern

  • If there is a past history of allergens

  • If anyone in your home is suffering from respiratory problems, chronic colds, persistent flu symptoms, or compromised immune system

White Glove's certified mold inspectors and testing technicians can provide particle testing services as a part of their training.  They will make recommendations during the course of an inspection for you to consider.  The minimum standard test the White Glove recommends is a three-part testing process. The samples are taken in areas of concern or in central locations within the property. Additional samples will be recommended for additional areas of concern, multiple stories, or for additional footage considerations. Testing can be done in a combination of air sampling and tape lift sampling.

If you elect to have particle analysis testing be sure to budget for 48-72 business hours for testing to be received and analyzed by the testing facility.
