An indoor air quality test, also referred to as a Volitial Organic Compound (VOC) test is a great testing option for those who have chemical sensitivities or have a compromised immune system, or even for those who wish to live a VOC-free lifestyle.

Additional testing to extend the range of chemicals, tobacco smoke exposure, and formaldehyde can be added to your base VOC test.

Average turn around time on the VOC test is 3-5 business days, however, in rare cases, up to 10 days may be needed for turn around time. It is best to discuss your options with your attorney and real estate agent to move forward on extending an inspection review period.
